    • Will I receive an invoice after I have registered?
      -> Of course. However, the process of registration and invoicing may take a few days due to the high number of registrations.
       
    • Is it allowed to participate in the congress even if you don't have a contribution
       --> Of course
       
    • Is it allowed to present at the congress even if one has not submitted a full paper? 
      --> No
       
    • Is it allowed to present online?
      --> No. On-site speakers are preferred.
       
    • Is the festive evening in the Stieglkeller included in the congress price?
      --> No. This has to be booked separately.
       
    • Can I get an invitation letter for a visa?
      --> Yes. Go to our page: https://www.isrm2023.com/en/visum

    Poster Presentation:

    • I have a poster presentation, but, unfortunately, I cannot come to Salzburg. Is there anything to do prior to the congress?
      --> Yes, please inform the congress organizer (submission@isrm2023.com) about your absence immediately.
       
    • I have a poster presentation, but, unfortunately, I cannot come to Salzburg. Can I present the poster virtually?
      --> No, presentations (oral, or poster) must be given in person in Salzburg.
       
    • I have a poster presentation. Do I have to print the poster myself and bring it to Salzburg?
      --> Yes. 
       
    • I have a poster presentation. Do I have to bring equipment to install the poster at the venue (e.g., adhesive stripes)? 
      --> No, the congress organizer will provide the equipment for poster installation.
       
    • I have a poster presentation, but I want to present my contribution orally. Can you change the presentation type? 
      --> Unfortunately, by now, all oral presentation slots are assigned. There is no oral presentation slot free. Thus, your presentation remains a poster presentation. If an oral presentation slot becomes free, the scientific committee nominates the replacing contribution. We, as the organizing team, have no influence on this decision. 
       
    • I have already prepared a poster, but I did not use the ISRM 2023 template for the poster presentation. Do I have to redo the poster using the template? 
      --> No, the use of the template is optional. However, the size of your poster must not exceed the A0 paper format in portrait mode (max. height = 1189 mm = 46.8 inches; max. width = 841 mm = 33.1 inches).
       
    • I want to prepare the poster using the ISRM 2023 template for the poster presentation. Can I add my company / university logo? 
      --> Of course you can. The design of the poster is up to you.
       

    Oral Presentation

    • I have an oral presentation, but, unfortunately, I cannot come to Salzburg. Is there anything to do prior to the congress?
      --> Yes, please inform the congress organizer (submission@isrm2023.com) about your absence immediately.
       
    • I have an oral presentation, but, unfortunately, I cannot come to Salzburg. Can I present virtually? 
      --> No, presentations (oral, or poster) must be given in person in Salzburg.
       
    • How much time do I have for my oral presentation? 
      --> Your oral presentation slot covers 15 minutes. 13 minutes are reserved for your presentation. 2 minutes are reserved for the discussion about your presentation. 
       
    • Is it possible to have more presentation time? 
      --> No, the session schedule is fixed. 
       
    • How many speakers can contribute to the oral presentation? 
      --> Since the presentation time is limited to 13 minutes, we suggest having only one speaker. 
       
    • In my presentation, I want to show a video with audio. Is there anything to do prior to the congress? 
      --> Yes, please inform the congress organizer (submission@isrm2023.com) about your plans showing a video with audio. 
       
    • I have already prepared a presentation, but I did not use the ISRM 2023 template for the oral presentation. Do I have to redo the presentation using the template? 
      --> No, the use of the template is optional. However, the format of your presentation must be 16:9 (= standard format in Microsoft PowerPoint).
       
    • I want to prepare the presentation using the ISRM 2023 template for the oral presentation. Can I add my company / university logo? 
      --> Of course you can. The design of the presentation is up to you.
